While most people are aware of the exploits of Dr. H. H. Holmes when it comes to his "Murder Castle" at 63rd and Wallace during the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago, many are not aware that he operated virtually undiscovered across other areas of Chicago.
Do you have the skills necessary to follow the clues left by Dr. H. H. Holmes as he scammed and murdered his way through Chicago's Loop?
All the clues in this hunt are through video and audio and the Chicago Loop can be noisy so make sure to have earphones or earbuds handy!
It is important to conduct the hunt between 9 am and 5 pm on Weekdays and between 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. One of the locations on the hunt is not open on Sundays.
Again, make sure to watch all of the videos all the way through because most of your clues will be on the video. Also in the location objectives make sure to check the map because in the city the GPS tends to lag a bit behind so before you hit the guess button make sure your location matches the location on the map. If you hit the guess button before the location catches up with you it can register a false incorrect guess. Another tip would be to walk around a bit by the suspected location and try to hit the guess button a second time.
Enjoy and have fun!
